  • Outlaw’s at The Capital was awarded a Michelin Star in 2013. The restaurant reflects the style and aspirations of Nathan Outlaw, one of Britain’s leading chefs and the holder of numerous prestigious awards. Nathan and Head Chef, Pete Biggs source the freshest and best of seafood from fisherman they know well.
  • Nathan Outlaw will host a Water MasterClass at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival at Campbell Point Restaurant, Leopold on 15 March 2014 with Peter Gilmour (Quay, Sydney) and mussel farmer and captain of The Sea Bounty, Lance Wiffen.
  • The Lobby and Sitting Room at The Capital have been refurbished in January 2014 with beautiful Nina Campbell designs.
  • The Capital continues to be recognised with prestigious accolades and awards with the latest from 2013 and so far in 2014 including:

-        Sunday Times Top 100 UK Restaurants, Outlaw’s at The Capital 2013.

  • The Capital Head Barman, Cesar da Silva is the UK's youngest Keeper of The Quaich and regularly offers a whisky and cheese pairing menu in The Capital Bar.
