The Unique Tourism Collection has been appointed Australian sales and PR representative for Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH).
The Sydney-based travel and tourism marketing and communication specialist will be responsible for sales and media activity for SLH in the Australian marketplace.
Comprising over 520 independently-owned hotels in more than 80 countries, the diversity of the individual hotels, and the experiences that SLH offers, is exceptional. From cutting-edge design hotels to palatial 17th century mansions, city centre sanctuaries to remote private islands, historic country houses to idyllic resorts, Small Luxury Hotels of the World offers only the very best.
Group Executive Director for SLH Richard Hyde comments: “Australia continues to generate considerable reservations for SLH’s properties in all parts of the world and as our fifth largest source market is key to the ongoing success of the business. We also currently have seven member hotels in Australia, with plans to expand across the country to ensure that our guests have the opportunity to get a true taste of this incredible and varied destination through the localised experience our hotels offer.”
SLH’s Australian properties are Berkeley River Lodge, Smiths Beach Resort and Injidup Spa Retreat in Western Australia; Bloomfield Lodge in Queensland; The Dudley Boutique Hotel in Victoria; Thorngrove Manor Hotel in South Australia and Woodbrige On The Derwent in Tasmania. A new addition to the Australia collection will be announced shortly.
