Jonica Paramor

Co-Owner and Managing Director

Jonica Paramor heads UTC as the sales and marketing strategist and oversees the management of all UTC accounts as Account Director and is always hands-on with each client. Jonica is well known and respected for taking creative concepts from idea to reality with seamless professionalism. As a tourism marketing professional, her expertise lies in her extensive experience, huge network of contacts and success in sales, marketing, PR and business development across consumer and trade sectors. She handles all aspects of media planning, negotiation and buying, oversees the PR strategy, creates the sales and marketing campaigns and manages all the business development for new and existing distribution channels for UTC’s clients.

Svetlana Jovanovic

Co-Owner and General Manager

Svetlana Jovanovic manages both the leisure sales and the MICE markets. She works with the wholesalers, airlines, NTOs along with the incentive houses, TMCs and key corporate accounts to develop the special interest groups and the incentives market. Svetlana has established an outstanding reputation with the MICE industry in Australia and been responsible for the development of small to medium size groups for many of UTC’s clients over the years.

Sally Morgan

Head of Media Communications

Sally Morgan is responsible for implementing and managing PR and communication and overseeing media activity for UTC clients. Sally has extensive tourism industry experience and contacts acquired over many years in roles including Head of Corporate Communications with Hayman and Mulpha Australia Limited and previous senior positions with ANA Hotels and Sheraton. Sally was also a journalist at Eastern Suburbs Newspapers, AMP Society and Traveltrade and worked in London in Research at the House of Commons. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-end creative PR strategies and consistently exceeding client targets and return on investment on evaluation.

Michelle Lollo

PR Director

Michelle Lollo is responsible for creating and driving the public relations strategy for UTC clients. An experienced newspaper and magazine journalist with a 30-year editorial career, Michelle has worked in senior positions on some of the busiest newsroom across Australia and internationally including as Assistant Editor or The Sunday Telegraph in Sydney, France 24 in Paris, The Times in London and South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. Combining her passion for travel with a mix of commercial acumen, journalistic know-how and contact book bursting with Australian and international media relationships she has nurtured over decades, Michelle excels at achieving outstanding editorial results for UTC’s clients. 

Karen Hitchings

Business Development Manager, Victoria

Karen Hitchings is our Melbourne-based Business Development Manager, Victoria for Small Luxury Hotels, Casa Angelina and RAKxa Integrative Wellness. Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years within a variety of roles from consulting to wholesale and hotel representation she has a long-established background in luxury travel. Karen has strong relationships and a well-respected reputation within the Victorian retail travel industry, working with travel agents and industry partners over the years to develop and nurture business opportunities and build brand awareness for UTC clients through sales calls, trade shows, famil trips and more.

Katey Matthews

Account Director

Katey Matthews is Account Director for Small Luxury Hotels, Casa Angelina, The Brooklet and RAKxa Integrative Wellness. Katey is an experienced luxury hotel sales professional with an established career history and deep understanding of luxury tourism across all market segments. Her passion for driving revenue at a higher rate, strong business acumen, attention to detail and an ability to build long-term relationships has rewarded her with a broad network and loyal following with key trade partners throughout Australia and New Zealand. Katey has worked internationally and regionally, both remotely and on-site, in senior management positions with iconic brands both in Australia and overseas.

Jasmin Ram

 Sales and Marketing Intern

Jasmin Ram is responsible for daily office and administration tasks with UTC and will be assisting on marketing projects, creating social media content, maintaining database contacts, updating client marketing and image collateral and generating client reports. Jasmin recently graduated from Western Sydney University gaining a Major in advertising and Sub-major in Public Relations.
