Jonica Paramor
Co-Owner and Managing Director
Jonica Paramor heads UTC as the sales and marketing strategist and oversees the management of all UTC accounts as Account Director and is always hands-on with each client. Jonica is well known and respected for taking creative concepts from idea to reality with seamless professionalism. As a tourism marketing professional, her expertise lies in her extensive experience, huge network of contacts and success in sales, marketing, PR and business development across consumer and trade sectors. She handles all aspects of media planning, negotiation and buying, oversees the PR strategy, creates the sales and marketing campaigns and manages all the business development for new and existing distribution channels for UTC’s clients.
Svetlana Jovanovic
Co-Owner and General Manager
Svetlana Jovanovic manages both the leisure sales and the MICE markets. She works with the wholesalers, airlines and NTOs along with the incentive houses, TMCs and key corporate accounts to develop the special interest groups and the incentives market. Svetlana has established an outstanding reputation with the MICE industry in Australia and New Zealand and been responsible for the development of small to medium size groups for many of UTC’s clients over the years.
Sally Morgan
Head of Media Communications
Sally Morgan is responsible for implementing and managing PR and communication and overseeing media activity for UTC clients. Sally has extensive tourism industry experience and contacts acquired over many years in roles including Head of Corporate Communications with Hayman and Mulpha Australia Limited and previous senior positions with ANA Hotels and Sheraton. Sally was also a journalist at Eastern Suburbs Newspapers, AMP Society and Traveltrade and worked in London in Research at the House of Commons. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-end creative PR strategies and consistently exceeding client targets and return on investment on evaluation.
Michelle Lollo
PR Director
Michelle Lollo is responsible for creating and driving the public relations strategy for UTC clients. An experienced newspaper and magazine journalist with a 30-year editorial career, Michelle has worked in senior positions on some of the busiest newsrooms across Australia and internationally including roles as Assistant Editor of The Sunday Telegraph in Sydney, France 24 in Paris, The Times in London and South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. Combining her passion for travel with a mix of commercial acumen, journalistic know-how and contact book bursting with Australian and international media relationships she has nurtured over decades, Michelle excels at achieving outstanding editorial results for UTC’s clients.
Karen Hitchings
Business Development Manager, Victoria/South Australia
Karen Hitchings is Melbourne-based Business Development Manager, Victoria/South Australia for Casa Angelina, RAKxa Integrative Wellness, RXV Wellness Village, Teardrop Hotels, Water Garden Sigiriya, Glenross Living, Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, Maisons Pariente and Alma Resort. Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years within a variety of roles from consulting to wholesale and hotel representation she has a long-established background in luxury travel. Karen has strong relationships and a well-respected reputation within the Victorian retail travel industry, working with travel agents and industry partners over the years to develop and nurture business opportunities and build brand awareness for UTC clients through sales calls, trade shows, famil trips and more.
Louise Hill
Senior Account Director
Louise Hill is Sydney-based Senior Account Director for Alma Resort, Dakkak Group, Furlong Incoming, Expedition Tours and Wild Bush Luxury, while also supporting sales activities for Peirce & Leslie, Teardrop Hotels, Water Garden Sigiriya, Glenross Living, RAKxa Integrative Wellness and RXV Wellness Village. With over 20 years’ experience as a seasoned travel sales and product professional, Louise has cultivated strong business relationships across the luxury and cruise segments with wholesalers, tour operators, luxury leisure agents, groups, tourism boards, inbound tour operator networks and national tour operators, spanning both domestic and international markets. Her extensive background includes senior roles at Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, Flight Centre Group and Alpine World.
Victoria Jaworskyj
Senior Account Director
Victoria Jaworskyj is Melbourne-based Senior Account Director for Teardrop Hotels, Water Garden Sigiriya, Glenross Living, RAKxa Integrative Wellness, RXV Wellness Village and Peirce & Leslie, while also supporting activities for Alma Resort. She brings to UTC more than 15 years of senior management experience across luxury hotel sales, groups, MICE, leisure travel, corporate hospitality and event management in roles including General Manager, Totem Connections (Groups and Events) and Sales Manager, ATPI Groups and Events. Delivering results in fast-paced, global environments, Victoria has proven to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams and execute high touch projects across complex and luxury group travel, major events and corporate travel.
